My new freezer is great! I like the green light by the floor that indicates it is running. This is helpful when you wonder if the power went out but aren™™t sure. I don™™t have to open it to try to figure it out.

after 1.5 years the compressor stopped working. Electrolux is offering us 30% off a new compressor so that is $299 and then a repairman will cost us another 600 to repair the freezer. His travel time is a few hours because we live remotely. So we are out the food that thawed too. This is a loss to us that is just not acceptable. The quality is lacking. I can't believe this is an American made product. I believed Fridgidaire was a household name brand. Not anymore. This has turned out to be cheap junk.

I love the style and room that my new upright Frigidaire freezer has. I also love the light next to the floor that lets me know that my freezer is working and plugged into the receptacle. We are very satisfied with our purchase for a new freezer after we had had our old one for 45 years!

Installation was ok. They couldn't actually install as there was old copper pipe. So I had to get it done. So they just put it on place. The fridge is great. Works like it's supposed to. The doors don't close unless you force them. Even with them being on a slope. So if you just let it go like usual they will remain open. It doesn't come with an egg holder... What???. Will see durability after 5 years I guess.

We™™ve had our new freezer for a week or so now. Got down to zero real quick and transferred everything to it. Saves a lot of space being upright. So much easier than a chest freezer! So far all is well, no complaints, would highly recommend.

Got this as an upgrade and am loving it so far! Temps are great and it got cold so fast! Plenty of room and I love the stainless steel! And the fact that it is frost free is amazing, especially going from a freezer that was not.

Model FFFU16F2VV - will be posting that this unit is VERY POORLY manufactured- The shelving horizontally is too short and does not securely sit on the sidewall bosses. It tends to slip off and will result in a suit for damages and injury. DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT AS THEY WILL NOT ACKNOWKLEDGE THE DEFECT AND DANGEROUS PRODUCT FAULT.

Love this freezer! My sister has one in her garage and she has had it there for 10 years or so and it just keeps working! We recently downsized and needed a freezer for a smaller space. It is so streamline! I love that the handle is on the inside of the door, giving me more space to store it. It is very roomy for a 16 cu. Ft freezer. The delivery was perfect also. My next appliance with be a Frigidaire or Electrolux.

The freezer is a great size and fits well in is the same location we had our small chest freezer. Freezer is very roomy. We purchased storage baskets to help organize. Be aware that some of these shelves are not quite as deep due to the shape of the back interior wall. The door storage capacity is surprisingly large. We like the LED power indicator as it is easy to check on from a distance. It has been at a steady -1.0 degree F.

We have had our freezer for several weeks now and enjoy everything about it. We selected the Frigidaire brand and this specific model based on two months of research, in-store and online shopping, and speaking with friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers. The final push to purchase it was based on a Consumer Reports rating and a great sale at our local appliance store. We ran the freezer for two days before stocking it. We have it in our basement, and it runs quiet. We like the green LED light on the floor to let us know it is running, the switchable door, the adjustable shelving, and the removable basket at the bottom. The trays mounted to the door are great for the many small items that would otherwise become lost within the items on the shelves. The freezer has enabled us to take advantage of the deeper discounts offered at our local market when purchasing five or more items. It also allows us to prep and store the many items we are fortunate to grow in our garden.
